I repaired a significant amount of the code and fixed the running/walking issues, you can update the config file while in single player without a server restart and faulty code should not lead to weapons failing to spawn. I STRONGLY recommend you update to this code and just copy paste your settings into it.

The only new config setting is speed which will turns on/off the fix for movement and func is now named afunc so delete the old func file, and EOTIStats was moved there.

Go over it once and make sure you don't add or delete to the config file in an uncareful manner. Instructions are improved and yeah, please contact me about issues, rate and subscribe.

Significant Upgrade to the structure of the config files, broken into two files and looks less amateurish which implies I didn't learn LUA about 3 weeks ago.
