Added in the Team Fortress 2 Particle Fixer script, by 1337gamer15 to fix some missing particles (dispenser heal beam, sentry rocket trails, ect...)

This update was suppose to fix font issues, but it didn't work due to the Steam workshop disallowing capital letters on filenames. Read the description under known bugs to fix this.
