- The train monitor now tracks passenger trains, metro trains, and cargo trains separately. Note that passenger trains category does not include metro trains, even though MetroTrainAI derives from PassengerTrainAI.

- Significantly improved overall efficiency. Reliance on reflection has been, for the most part, removed. Reflection was used to accurately categorize assets. Unfortunately, reflection is an expensive operation. After a successful proof of concept period, the new approach has been integrated into the trunk. Asset categorization is now done through prefabs. Prefabs are categorized using reflection still for accuracy purposes, but only during first encounter.

- Due to the significant increase in efficiency, all monitors (other than the root level monitors) are now always on. There're no longer meaningful performance benefits from enabling only those that are needed. Mods using Skylines Overwatch need to remove the enablement code for anything other than the root level monitors.
