made the faction mod standalone so as not to interfere with other mods
egyptians are now same blood with all greek factions and can confederate
modded blood for parthia, pontus, egypt throughout all campaigns
modded diplomatic voice of etruscans throughout all campaigns

Pontus is now a Greek blood faction and can confederate with them
Parthia is now an Eastern blood faction and can confederate with them
Etruscan diplomatic voice changed to Roman from barbarian
