Added a better error handling in case of missing out on my library.
Also, fixed the broken viewmodel.

Now using the progress bar system introduced in Oladin's Library.

Major mechanics overhaul.

Fixed a conflict between this mod's speed boost and the ones from other items.

Reduced the speed buff to 30% but gave the wielder muted footsteps. Also, after it was thrown and hit a player, it is gone now.

Added functiality for Sandbox and possibly preventing errors with different gamemodes.
