Moved the progress bars ontop of the ammunition bar. Also, removed the unnecessary and not working ammunition bar.

Bug fixes

Another patch regarding the library detection...^^

Library detection should now finally work properly.

A quick hotfix, should work out for now until I have time to investigate the problem further; the server is not able to identify if the library is mounted or not.

Refined the check for the library addon.
Also, squashed some more bugs.

There was apparently still a bug involing the library detection.
