Broforce Launch Update!

-Changed the lefmost part of starting area of level 1, so it looks a bit nicer.
-Fixed some background prallax bugs in level 2.
-Added a few doodads in both areas.
-Added healthbar to the boss.

Fixed a bug in levels 1 and 2 that appeared in one of the last updates which made player spawn where it wasn´t intended.
Should work fine now.
