Added new concept of group of slots, and the posibility to control the save speed with the speed of the game. Changed the path of the config file for major compatibilty. Added the possibility to activate the log file

Fixed some situation when the autosave couldn't be initialized properly and wouldn't work. Added the posibility to accept white spaces, uppercase and other characters in the city's name. Added a parameter to allow normalized save names or not, by default they're not normalized
