Fighters in a ship's hold now die if their parent ship is killed.
Anti-Fighter weapons reduced in effectiveness against resource collectors.
Fast-Tracking turrets upgrades have been re-implemented. This feature will be tested heavily.
Fixed bug where game would never end, even after players are defeated.
Updated Iceni with capture/repair points.

Players can no longer build during fleet battle, as intended.
