Big update: works well with anything now, including weapons and shipments.
Also it will by default save pocket contents in database.

Fixed bugs:
- FPP not recognizing the owner for respawned props after disconnecting
- PlayerLoadout was accidentally duplicating all the contents every time after the 1st one when storing to database enabled
