Hotfix: problem in the compiling of the previous update, should be fixed now

Additional stuff: icons for all the ships. :-)

Working hyperdrive for Confed, Border Worlds, Black Lance

Improved anti-missile capabilities for Hiigaran, Vaygr, Taiidan, Kushan

Second hotfix (woops):

The Border Worlds had a legacy unit that isn't working linked to their previous status as Vaygr replacement in the HW2 classic mod (heavy missile platform). Removed it from the build tree and the tech tree.

Hotfixing on some issues pointed out during the night:

Broken cap numbers for Excalibur, Longbow, Avenger and Dragon in small and default cap.
Confed Thunderbolt wrongly associated with Longbow cap numbers.
Border Worlds capship production module unresearchable.
