Working AI for the new factions - still needs testing, but they build stuff and it doesn't crash. The mod will be in 1.0 version as soon as it can be confirmed that the AI is decent.

Added elite pilots to the mix (Blair, Maniac and Seether).

Nerfed the Dragon's price.

Buffed all WC crafts' speed. This part is open to further changes or complete cancellation if it makes the WC crafts OP.

Only one word to write here: fuel.

Now, strike crafts have limited fuel. Gotta protect the carriers and plan very carefully. :-)

Second hotfix (woops):

The Border Worlds had a legacy unit that isn't working linked to their previous status as Vaygr replacement in the HW2 classic mod (heavy missile platform). Removed it from the build tree and the tech tree.
