* Hotfix for a pretty obscure bug that happened in Multiplayer. Thanks to ngforever1989 and Riley for the good reports. :-)

* Added in the skirmish/MP menu options to enable or disable the convoy mechanic, with it disabled by default as some users reported crashes caused by it (that I wasn't able to reproduce and thus fix).
* Added in the skirmish/MP menu starting fleet options to have the possibility to play more tactical games.
