Gameplay: increased popup distances (holo:~200 popup:~100/ was holo:100 popup:50), moved checkpoint at bottom of tower to be before popup blocker.

Aesthetic: fixed broken popup hologram at end of first straight, fixed broken sawblade glow, added holograms, added abilities sign at start (shows what abilities are available).

Note on track skip: It's still there. If you're not into skipping, ignore leaderboard times under 3 minutes.
