Attempted to work around SE failing to check game dir for files missing from mod definitions. Also for errors relating to keen doing string comparisons of file paths as case sensitive(stupid).

Increased the production amounts of some custom ores.
Lowered the modded component costs of some blocks.
Removed Plutonium as an ore and added it's material as another spawn of Uranium instead.
Missles should go back to having Uranium in them as well.

Increased the Ingot yield from a fe Ores that were being used in alot of common components.

Some stealth updates:
Added second blueprint of all components with longer build times for an Emergency Assembler block in my block test mod.
