fixed wrong voice on npc

added more txt to npcs
hit them with mop to make them say stuff=scrapped was too buggy

fixed bug with blocking volume on sweeping npc broom not being deleted when shoot sweeping npc

cant hear hear come back here if kill npc at front desk

you can now shoot the npc's dead with the welder and can kill the npc at the front desk with TNT

ok I made the exit boom lots faster:)
added sound effects to exit boom
deleted holy crap txt to speech from the power saw

now you can clean your mop in the ladies toilets:)

added sound reverb volume to pool area for more immersion it now feels like cleaning a large indoor space just like it is in a real indoor swimming centre
echo footsteps/mopping etc

changed the skins of the kismet npc's
the sweeping janitor is now a girl and the one at the front desk is now the unofficial smoking rare guy holding a coffee:)

fixed corrupt mops placement
