Fixed missing space in names.

Also Echo (to detailed info) the timers that are being triggered.

Local grid only.

So reports are accurate for the drone itself and do not include any grids docked.

Also, triggers are local grid only.

Added Drills + Cargo triggers.

Naming prefix is D+Cargo

So
D+Cargo Above 70
D+Cargo Below 80

The Cargo-only timer are still triggered if they exist.

Also, Echo output has been added to show percentages and the timers triggered on the Programmable Blocks Detailed Info.
