Fixed a bug where the space character in file names made the game launcher not remember that the mod is checked to be used.
Thanks to a /r/EU4 user Tutush for pointing out the fix and a Steam Workshop commentator Aurum for informing me about the post.

As now Steam Workshop treats it as a different mod (due to a different file name), I had to create a new Workshop item.
The old item updated to relay this information.
