- Fix of fix in v 2.12, so now it supports all parameters in config. Inexperienced admins can write with quotes "0.5" instead of just 0.5, and it will work fine.

Added compatibility with Metal Spears mod. Sadly, people are copy and paste my mod and do not even think about compatibility with my mod. Now I added automatic support of compatibility for anyone who copypaste my mod. All copies and forks are connected together. So each new clone won't break old one.
