Fixed a typo that caused meatballs to be weaker than they were supposed to be, they now match the food table.

Slightly buffed the pumpkin cookie, it now also recovers 20 health.

Made Waffles a little stronger, though they're still almost impossible to get.

Added a configuation option that reduces all food values by one tier. Note that under this setting, anything that restores "calories_tiny" actually doesn't provide any hunger at all!

The table of new food values accidentally omitted Kabobs, which are now present.

Kabobs are slightly tweaked. They now provide no health benefit and cook slightly slower, as they were almost totally superior to Meatballs before.
