Additional brushwork added to help frame rate lag in some trouble areas of the map that were seeing too many other areas

Updated to support 32 player spawns with some randomization

Lag has been optimized as well as it can be without drastic changes to layout. Not sure if the fountain is op or not so we're leaving it in until people start rioting and throwing things in our general direction. This is the first open beta, please be kind, and if you find a bug leave a comment
