If NAV Status is a Text Panel or LCD Panel, status messages are written to the public text.

Instructions can be read from a Text Panel or LCD Panel named "NAV Instructions".

Added + and - instructions for turning blocks or groups on or off.

Added P instruction to pause for a specified amount of time.

If quick waypoint (Q) is enabled, the periodic stops that the ships makes while heading to a waypoint are reduced (it gets moving again more quickly).

Added a setting in the code to allow quick waypoint to be enabled by default without needing the Q instruction, if desired.

Won't reset gyro override controls for gyros that are powered off and not part of the "NAV Gyros" group.
If there is no "NAV Gyros" group, override is disabled on all gyros at program start.

NAV Status can be any named block, not just an antenna or beacon. Gyro usage can be limited by adding gyros to a "NAV Gyro" group.
