New "Take A Bath And Shower" - even if post apocalypse!!

-There have been general code changes and file structure changes.
-Most of the code has been localized.
-GRIME base increase changed from 0.50 to 0.25.
-Added a moodle for GRIME.
-GRIME no longer cause disease (fake infection) or bad smells.
-GRIME now only cause a discomfort.
-Changed the amount of GRIME removed during vanilla Wash Self from a value to a multiplier. Without soap: 25%, With soap: 60%.
-It is still not possible to reduce grime to 0 with Wash Self, but it is now possible to significantly reduce it.
-Removed speed adjustment for vanilla Wash Self.
-The option to enable/disable auto-clothes changing has been moved from the Sandbox to the Mod Options, and oprion tooltip has been made more detailed.
-Added "Not Take off Watches" option.
-Added "Not Take off Belts" option.
-Added "Drop Items Over This Weight".
-New wash animations for showering.
-Previously, there was an issue with reading water from water collector, but this has been fixed.
-The shower and bath pipes now recognize all rainwater collectors in the upper 3x3 area and use their total water volume.
-This means that even if you have four 20L barrels (if the shower water consumption is at the default value), you will still be able to take a shower.
