The new distortion filters: Swirl, Swirl (Movable), Pinch, Barrel/Pincushion can have their position/strength adjusted using the RGB values from the second background color.
They are also tintable (first color), except for the Pinch filter.

One Million Colours Plugin For WOTC is highly recommended for those filters.
