Lock and Priority buttons now share helper functions.
Added code to centre buttons inline with vanilla Inventory controls but as of yet cannot cleanly transiation between visible vanilla controls and no visible vanilla controls, our buttons would 'bounce'. Will work more on this.

Added Small Tooltips to inventory buttons.
Updated to Localization getters for text entries, so we can add other languages.

Fixed Flickering Inventory windows during transfers and new inventory instances
