## v1.3.0 - Item Condition Filter

**New Feature:** Item Condition Filter dropdown with 3 modes:
- Default (undamaged items only)
- Perfect Condition (100% only)
- Include Broken (all items)

**Fixed:** Items with partial damage now correctly excluded in Perfect Condition mode

**Added:** Full Russian translation

**Improved:** More accurate condition detection and clearer UI
