Controls update
  1. Added side mirror on the right
  2. Added new braking system
  3. Fixed bell sound (horn → bell)
  4. Fixed bogie, no longer rubs against the rails
  5. Rear lights and headlight separated into different buttons
  6. Office chair replaced with driver's seat
  7. New controls, Seats++ support added
