Added new win quotes for the latest characters.
Fixed last patch date. (I forgor *skull*)
+ Slowed down overdrive drain outside of overdrive by a small amount.
----Attacks----
- FTilt can no longer be canceled into aerials.
+ UAir now has a minor boost in kb scale.
+ Boosted DSpecial (Ground) Charge speed to give it more use.
+ Gave DSpecial (Ground) alt charge faster at the cost of more damage.
+ Nspecial Charge rate is faster.
- Toned down Dair by quite a bit to match other aerials.
