- Fixed Charge Bomb's voltage not scaling with current charge.

- Greatly changed how the charge bomb interacts with jacked. Now, the charge bomb can only be charged up to 35% using internal sources (Biodynamic power plant and electrical generation). Everything from 35% and above needs to be charged using a cell.

- Fixed the charge bomb not being chargeable via the Biodynamic power plant when jacked.
