Added Messenian Hoplites for Athens.

Made Persia playable in custom battle.

Increased the size of Persias core infantry units from 160 to 240 men to represent their superior manpower.

Made the main WoS factions playable in custom battle. Added all their respective units, new and old, to their rosters as well. Enjoy!

Also added a new unit card for the Thracian heavy peltasts, again curtesy of Aquizar. Thanks again!

Fixed issue hiring mercenaries. They should now actually be hireable, although unfortunately, you will have to start a new campaign for it to work properly. The mercenaries now function as they should, so you should have no need to start over anymore after this. Sorry for the inconvenience, wish there was another way.
