Bugfix: Skills would disappear if you leveld the skill. Now they stay enabled.

Added extra abilities if you level a skill to max level 5. To promote maxing a skill.

See screenshots for most infomation.

Some abilities will repeat itself in the skill info. This is normal, you only get the ability once.
