Update all Chasseurs Portés pants to blue.

Replace all French infantry squads with "Chasseurs Portés", motorized infantry with 2 LMGs per squad and a sapper.

Add defender & invader unit insignia.

In the last phase of French defense:
Give 5 second spawn delay to French tanks & motorized.
Give 10 second delay to the French infantry that spawn in the factory, and move their spawn location.
Add another B1 spawn, on another road into the western part of Montcornet.

Updated German artillery & tank crews to new 1940 loadouts added in Anzio update.

Added some repair stations.

Reuploaded mission.
