small tweaks

• fixed bug that didn't allow background to change randomly at the start of a match
  
• adjusted side special detection range
  
• the tcher explodes on shield hit and hurts hat kid
  
• potions no longer go troughshields but bounce off
  
• added 3 alts, even if they don't work i forgor
  
• added clutch vfx and sounds like fishbunjin's and tweaked some other vfx

Dear players,
Hat Kid (character 7) is now (for real) officially (real and true) part (finally it's been a year) of the (dude wrap it up quickly I'm getting impatient) Fraymakers (the game) roster (rooster?) of base playable characers (that took you a while).
This is definitely not a custom character, you just have to download it from here because it's a free DLC and we kind of messed up so it appears as custom content.
