Disable teleport function before bug fix

Fix issues when using a main story game save to teleport to Roguelike Arena. If saves with debug statue shows up, then the malfunctional map is stored

Add built-in official debug book to player, 6 main characters only (recruit one, save and load to get), use it to teleport between maps, the tutorial region option is overrode, it says start of tutorial but actually teleport your party to Roguelike Arena lobby, enjoy
