Hotfix BlackCoast minimap

Mod update.

FoolsRoad:
-Technical Mortars reskinned to faction camo;
-CRF M939 TRAN reskinned to faction camo.
-BMP 1 changed to BTR-82 for IMF. Coyote added to CRF.

Black Coast/Narva/AlBasrah factionsetups corrected (could be some changes in next update)
Kokan would be added next update.

Rivals season added.
Rivals_W1_FoolsRoad is fully setted up. Other maps would be finished in few days.

UI
-Caster camera switch function added.
-Changed loading screens/4K Teamlogo.

-Cappoints changed more to Vanilla.
BlackCoast:

Additional hotfix:
-In Vanilla IMF FactionSetup Scout kit (drone) was counting as HAT. Fixed it to Scout.

-Disabling AdminCamera shake affected all players (somehow that event was not local) so we temporarily disabled it (Sorry for that it was not on purpose).

-Fixed Rally Decal;
-Splited Vic/Inf Follow camera;
-Changed key bind for Caster settings from "Alt+9" to "Alt+S" also fixed closing widget through key bind now its backs in game input;
-Added Team Selection Widget;
-Saved scoreboard on server folder now would be called "OSI_Scoreboards";
-Fixed Tournament Select Widget;
-Minimize/Open Match Stats widget animation reduced from 3 seconds to 1 second.

-Black Coast: Sub Pen capzone changed (now trigger is underground and hill above); Reduced ZBD05(-2) Added ZBL08 (2); Reduced AAVC7A1_Logi /ZSD05_Log (-2) Added M939_Logi/CTM131_Logi(+2); Reduced CSK-131 (-1) Added ZSL10 (+1) .

-Fixed SubPen cap (BlackCoast). Now its full underground.
-Fixed ticketbleed on BlackCoast,Yehorivka,Harju.
-Fixed Capturezone widget in Caster UI
-Changed Keybind for Caster Settings to ALT+S;

-Final bug fix for maps.
