Changes:
- Only one MUP window will be shown at the same time
- (Hopefully) more robust operation on servers (where it shouldn't do anything but write to a log)
- Added MUP settings window
- MUP can be silenced via the settings window
- Individual mods can be silenced or their versions reset via the settings window
- Settings window can be opened via key bind (default Shift + Ctrl + M)
- Key bind can be changed via RHF Terminal
