renamed "DoorBreak" function to fix a possible conflict

Added customizable area texture as promised.
Added more tiles.
Changed default enemy health to 100, since most modded weapons can 1 shot any enemy.
Enemies now have a reaction time, rather than attacking immediately upon sight. The higher the difficulty, the faster the reaction.
And some random fixes and tweaks.

Thanks to some ungrateful people, this is the last content update for this mod.
