Made the flashes less chunky.

Changed the look of the muzzle flashes. They look quite different now than before!

Fixed the sizes of the muzzle flashes so they don't randomly change sizes when shooting.
Changed the MG's muzzle flashes to be larger so now they should look nicer than before.
I saw a tiny problem with the effects that made the muzzle flashes tiny when shooting. I should have fixed that now so that won't happen!

Changed the light intensity again, but made them a little brighter as I prefered the brighter muzzle flashes

Reduced the light intensity of some of the muzzle flashes a little so it's not so blindingly bright
