- Updated mod to New Unit Caps for All 6.3 update (introduced caps to tier 1 State Troops units);
- Fixed some Stirland recruitement buildings not providing caps;
- Fixed an issue which prevented the Free Company Militia cap from increasing.

- Fixed Karl's Imperial Foot (all variants) cap (it was 2, it is now 1).
