Fixed Soothing Poultice.

Turns out base game items are hardcoded and you can only add to the existing effects.
Changes:
Medicinal Herbs: Clear Debuffs. Heal 5 HP.
Holy Water: +33% Blight/Bleed/Disease/Debuff RES (like vanilla).
Smelling Salts: Added Clear Mark effect (was on Holy Water before).

Poultices and other Quest buffs now persist after camping.

Fixed Healing Salve, Smelling Salts and Restorative Herbs effects.
Replaced Leeches with Speed Bag (+4 SPD for 3 rds).
-- Turns out the .cure_disease effect removes Crimson Curse, too and there's no real workaround.

Added Sunward Isles talisman to shop list. You still need another mod to increase provision inventory size to see all the items.
