---6 New Idea Sets - 4 Group Minor Idea Sets and 2 New Federation Idea Sets

The following Idea Sets have been added in v1.1 - "Neutral Ideas" (For Nations with Tionontate as their primary culture), "Haude Minor Ideas" (For nations with Iroquois as their primary culture), "Wyendat Minor Ideas" (For Nations with Huron culture), "Stadacona & Osheaga Ideas" (For Stadacona & Osheaga), as well as new Wyandot (Huron) Federation Ideas and Chonnonton Ideas.

---New Tag(s):

Attiwandaron (ATW) has been removed from 1444, being replaced by Aondaronon (AON) and Onguhiara (ONG). ATW has been repurposed as a Federation tag for the Chonnonton Federation, led by Aondaronon in 1444 with Onguhiara, Tionontate, and Wenro as members.

---NEW GOVERNMENT REFORMS

The largest part of this update, I have completely redone the structure and content of the Native government reforms. Every native nation now starts with Tiers 1 and 2 unlocked, which determines whether or not you are nomadic or sedentary and basic rules of succession/inheritence, respectively. There are 4 generic Tier 1 reforms, 2 sedentary and 2 nomadic. There are 4 generic Tier 2 reforms. There are 10 tiers in total, with Tier 10 allowing you to reform out of the Native Government type if you choose to do so. It no longer requires any input from colonizers, instead being gated behind level 6 of admin, diplomatic, or military technology depending on which you choose. The Iroquian nations get a handful of unique ones at this time. The various other Tiers are for you to discover. I hope you enjoy!

---Idea sets for 4 Anishinaabeg TAGS, 3 Illiniwek TAGS, the Miami, and the Meskwaki:
Ojibwe (OJI), Odawa (OTT), Potawatomi (POT), Mississage (MSG), Meskwaki (FOX), Miami (MMI), Peorio (PEO), Kaskaskia (KSK), and Cahokia (CAO).

---New Tag(s):
Isanhyathi (DAK), replacing the 1444 Sioux (SIO) tag, which is now a federation formable. It uses the generic Plains Native ideas for the moment.
The Three Fires Council (TFR) is a new federation formable for the historical Three Fires Council, the Ojibwe, Odawa, and Potawatomi. It has a unique, temporary idea set.

---Temporarily disabled the creation of custom federation TAGS:
For now, only 7 federations may form a unique tag, based on culture: Three Fires Council (Anishinaabe), Great Sioux Nation (Dakota), Haudenosaunee (Iroquois), Wyandot (Wyandot), Shawnee (Shawnee), Illiniwek (Illini), and Creek (Creek). These will be revisited at a later date as well.

---New Localisation for the following tags:
Sioux (SIO) -> Great Sioux Nation, Fox (FOX) -> Meskwaki, Ottawa (OTT) -> Odawa, Assiniboine (ASI) -> Nakoda, Huron (HUR) -> Wyandot, Iroquois (IRO) -> Haudenosaunee, Algonquin (AGQ) -> Anicinape, Maliseet (MLS) -> Wolastoqiyik, Cheyenne (CHY) -> Tsitsistas, Atahachi (ATA) -> Tuscalusa. I am open to changing these down the line, if necessary.
