Standard conversion pass. Corrected mountains, startsites, thronespawn, etc.

Testing a slightly different method that might speed up some of the more tedious parts of the bugfixing. Let me know if you spot anything unusual.

North and South centered mountains are deliberately uncrossable for balance reasons, in order to keep a consistent number of province movements between startsites and the center Throne.
