Fixed an issue where many drivers and chairmen were retiring early.

Updated some driver traits.

Ok so big issue, for some reason AI teams were still accepting promotion despite me reducing that chance to 0% in the AssemblyCSharp.dll file (and it did NOT happen in my test run). So I had to disable promotion/relegation altogether in the Championships.txt file.

That will cause a bug that will not allow the standings for all series to be seen on the standings page, which is the main reason I decided to go with the .dll file route. But there is a workaround to this bug. Go to the scout page, click on a driver from any championship you wish to see and on the top right of the driver's page there will be a championship standings button, click it and it will show the standings. Also if you wish to see any team from a different championship on the teams page, just click the team logo at the top left of the driver's page, or click that team on the standings page that you can access with the workaround.

Final tweak to tyre wear (hards weren't lasting enough).

Tyre wear tweaks (too little wear on back up mode was making some AI only use that mode).

Edited the tyre wear track by track (this will require a reinstallation of the resources.assets file), especially the inters and wets as they were wearing out way too quickly, and did some final tweaks to performance levels. Also put Bottas and Pérez at Cadillac since apparently that's what will happen, I will only change it again if something else is officially announced.
