Added a HUGE new feature that i'm calling 'The Balance Room'!

This is a new room that can be found in the libary (stairs going down) that will allow you to modularly increase the difficulty of the game in a few ways.

So far you can reduce your damage, increase your damage taken, reduce your gold income, increase reroll costs, increase enemy and boss HP and reduce your own max HP.

Any or all of these can be taken before the start of each run to increase the difficulty of the game to your own liking!

Nerfed Yummy Veggies slightly so that the leaves dont spawn as frequently.

Reduced the scaling on the Adventurous blessing from 30 per level to 25.

Common
Yummy Veggies - Plants will occasionally shed edible leaves that heal you.
Trap Disarm Toolkit - Destroys all traps upon room entry.
Skull Smasher - Picking up a skull increases your max HP by 5.
Skilled Slayer - Killing enemies increases your primary stats.
Pilfer Ring - Gold is attracted towards you and gives a 20% shop discount.

Curses
Sacred Nuggets - Gold will try to run away from you.

Common
Agressive Couponing - Gain 1 Charism with any shop purchase
Free Gift - Get a free potion in every shop


Curses
Fool's Gold - Sometimes gold will break on hitting the ground
Mutated Mana - Loss some mana when pathfinding
Pilfered Pockets - Bumping into pilfers costs you some gold (different pilfer model)
Resourceful Rats - Pilfers are replaced with rats (custom textures)

Tweaks/Fixes
Golden Touch can now only be triggered off of physical damage (to prevent some infinite gold loops)
Adventurous blessing now scales per floor, starting at 50 gold and gaining 30 per floor
Added a synergy for Bottled Brimstone with Bottled Lightning
