Fixed the world rune only being gettable by warrior. I got it on other characters in testing, but must've set it back accidentally when working on some of the cards later. Thanks LetsFailAtStuff for letting me know.

Added exhaust, ignite, and smite, tweaked effecets on some of the older spells, fixed a bug with heal that wouldn't heal your teammate if you only had 1.
