Recompiled for new base game update

-Added some NPCs to Frosthelm
-Changed the water visuals across the map
-Added more buildings and terrain to Monkey Island
-Fixed map markers not pulling names and icons
-Fixed missing canopy in Mirage Town

-Added new friendly pirate NPC's & friendly pirate dog
-Added new Stygian inspired desert town called Mirage Town on the large desert island (TeleportPlayer 151182.1875 -278092.3125 50.751015)
-Added new Cimmerian inspired town called Snowhelm on the highlands/snowy island (TeleportPlayer -160340.125 305910.4375 -2534.494141)
-Added completely new hidden pirate cove, town and docks area called Monkey Island (TeleportPlayer -150959.1875 44724.175781 -4721.595703)

Both the stygian town and pirate island are populated with human NPC's
