Patch 8 "Alpha Milestones completed"
Utopia is now feature complette with gameplay elements in various states - some more polished, all playable

Principles Reworked
- Starts with level 1 on International Law (era 6) and goes up to level 3 on International Organization (era 7)
- Added 4 new principles available for all power bloc types:
- "Union of Movement" including unique University and Arts production method (Freedom of Movement + Transport Infrastructure)
- War Industry including "CAS" Support Equipment (Military Industry + Exploit Members)
- "High Food Standards" (Upgraded Food Standards)
- Security Bloc (Police Coordination + Vassalization)
- Tweaked existing principles

Military Rework
- Armored infantry now unlocks in era 6 (modern tank production later, but truck provides tanks, open to feedback), less offense, more defense pips
- Self-propelled artillery now unlocks one tech later (tech has same name now)
- Support Systems now have more offense
- Added 3 new techs Casualty Evacuations and two placeholders
- Added 2 mobilization options: casualty evacuation (era 7) and cas (military principle)
- Adjusted technology modifiers

Ideology progress
- Added new "Elitist" ideology that replaces "Plutocratic" on industrialists when Cosmopolitanism (Era 6) is researched
- Added new "Laissez-Faire (Modern)" ideology that replaces respective ideology on industrialists when Neoliberalism (Era 7) is researched
- Added new ideology "Conservative" that replaces "Reactionary" ideology on petty bourgeois when Rationalism (Era 7) is researched
- Urbanist no longer start with "Rationalism" but receive it when Anti Discrimination Laws (Era 6) are researched
- Adjusted related ideology stances
- Various fixes to character ideologies (ty Hooman)

More changes
- AI is now more likely to build Research Institute and do Research Projects
- "Collectivice council republic" and "Order Fascist Change" now give a little infamy
- Minor adjustions action and treaty acceptance
- Feminist variations are now have various additional modifiers to make them more likely to appear if their issues are not addressed
- Liberal Feminism now unlocks in Era 7
- Reworked modifiers of globalism and neo ethno state
- Reworked modifiers of Environement Protection and Food Standards Level 2
- "Mass Survailance" law is now vissible
- New Dawn "Path to Utopia" (Phase 2) modifier is now x0.25 (from x0.5)

- Sexuality Laws are now visible, still cannot be enacted - open to suggestions

- Various fixes, especially to democratic, that should make AI enact decolonization
- AI can now progress in Democratic milestones
- Liberal Democrats now also favor decolonization
- Updated map data for 1.10.3 - great bugfix!*
- Reduced plastic goods cost and scaled production accordingly by ×1.5
- Spread New Dawn now unlocks one technology earlier
- New Dawn now always requires analog consumer goods to start
- Reduced investment pool efficiency gain for service workers
- "Order Fascist Change" now turns Protectorates into Puppets
- Highway now requires 10 mio GDP in the state and can be built on rivers
- Any sovereign empire power bloc leader (e.g uk) will now join a democratic power bloc upon completing a milestone

- New "Collectivize Council Republics" diplomatic interaction to force a communist power bloc member to become your protectorate
- New "Order Fascist Change" enforcing corporate state, extraction economy, and administrative obedience (new fascist subjecthood variation, requires new save)
- Some game concepts can now show on the loading screen
- Added 3 monarchy and 2 council republic law variations (disabled, requires new save, will activate on mod update)
- Minor fixes

- Reworked how New Dawn is unlocked
Now unlocks with a list of era 6 techs
No longer requires service workers, but gives a scaling progress point gain modifier from 0%->4% share (0.5x->3x)
- Add 1 modern tank output to truck pm
- Fixed Modern Automobile productivity
- Adjusted Focus Button text and description
- Reduced modern industry cost from 2000 to 1800
- "Economic Miracle" now requires 5% service workers pop share

- Major improvements to New Dawn journal entries and concept linking
- New "New Dawn" icons core ideologies and abilities
AI based and enhanced with color blind support
- Phase 2 is now referred to as "Path to Utopia"
- "Spread New Dawn" action is now available to all nations that are on their Path to Utopia
- "Fund Opposition" is now available to all nations (+50% more effective democracy against autocracy)
- Disabled "Fund Opposition" and "Fund Ideology" for AI (until properly implemented)
- Fixed Modern Tank Production unlocking to early
- Added more static modifiers to fascist, communist and democratic as placeholder effects
- Major productivity pass for new military production
- Smaller fixes and changes
