Small map update
- fixed fish receiving receptical lake pond trigger. fish must be deposited once per five seconds
- fixed teleport collisions
- duplicated fish now register at the lake (for convenience)
- added additional "destinations" outside the standard playable area accessible via wormholes
- compressed and packed several textures
- rebuilt cubemaps for LDR users
