Forward Tilt:

Neutral Air:
[!] Completely reworked to match Slither Wing's current j.5a in Close Combat. It is now a fast kick move that hits below and in front of Slither Wing.

Forward Air:
[+] Startup frames decreased (f17 -> f15)
[+] Front hitbox extended forwards slightly
[~] Hurtboxes adjusted

Up Air:
[!] Completely reworked to match Slither Wing's current j.8a in Close Combat. It uses Neutral Air's previous animation, but is able to hit higher up and sends at a more upward angle.

Neutral Special:
[+] Projectile lifetime increased (2 seconds -> 2.5 seconds)
[+] Explosion hitbox size increased horizontally

Side Special:
[!] Added new functionality; when shot at Dormant Flame (NSpec projectile), it passes through it instead of being destroyed and becomes a flaming projectile. While it loses its trapping ability when this happens, it also gains extra damage and knockback.
[+] Projectile horizontal speed increased (7.4 -> 9)

Heat Wave (3 Bar Super):
[+] Startup frames reduced by 3
[+] Added 10 extra frames of match freeze when Slither Wing is launching out the first Heat Wave projectile.
This effectively gives it 13 less frames of startup overall (Slither Wing is active during those 10 extra frames of match freeze)

Ledge Attack:
[+] Increased intangibility by 3 frames

Ledge Roll:
[+] Speed increased (14 -> 15)
[~] Animation adjusted

Misc:
[!] Added 2 new costumes based on palettes Slither Wing gained in Close Combat. (One of them looks very similar to the Icy Snow Vivillon palette so now you get 2 white and grey palettes I guess.)
[!] Various audio tweaks

Up Strong:
[-] Now uses 15 seconds of Pyrosynthesis time (previously 10 seconds)

Up Throw:
[-] Now uses 15 seconds of Pyrosynthesis time (previously 10 seconds)

Side Special:
[+] Increased stun time on grounded opponents (numbers may still need a bit more tweaking before its in a good spot)

Down Special:
[-] Increased startup (f6 -> f7)
[+] Jump cancelling now uses 2.5 seconds of Pyrosynthesis time (previously 3 seconds)

Pyrosynthesis:
[+] Added super armor from frames 18 to 38 (numbers here are highly experimental)
Slither Wing would often get hit out of the startup of the move because of the windbox dragging opponents towards it

Heat Wave:
[+] Added a buffer window of 10 frames to make the move easier to use (huge shoutouts to Tek for this functionality)

This quick patch aims to iron out some small issues present in the release version.

Forward Tilt
[-] Strong hit damage reduced (11 -> 10)

Up Tilt
[+] Base knockback on strong hit increased (75 -> 80)
[+] Base knockback on weak hit increased (70 -> 80)
[?] Hitbox and hurtbox size extended slightly upwards.

Up Throw
[-] Damage reduced (14 -> 13)
[-] Damage boost from Pyrosynthesis reduced (+6 -> +3)
[-] Base knockback reduced (60 -> 55)

While it's intended to be a kill throw, it was killing at percents far too early for something relatively non-comittal that you can use anywhere on stage. Additionally, while Pyro Up Throw and Up Strong are meant to be huge nuke moves that use most of your timer, the less commital Up Throw having the same damage as Up Strong made little sense.


Side Special
[-] Trap time reduced on aerial opponents
[?] Hitbox size increased horizontally.

While increasing the hitbox size makes it easier to hit, the projectile was also weirdly deceptive to parry due to how far back it was compared to the visual, so now it should be more intuitive.

Release
