- Pawns that join the players faction have their apparel record cleared
- Tracker skips pawns without a faction (such as player pawns that were just arrested)

- Apparel records now persist after game reboots and through different saves

- Original apparel record is now cleared when a pawn is stripped normally
- Added mod option to enable/disable additional logging (disabled by default)
